BRG’s founder began his career in the medical field where he utilized and learned skills that are at the core of any good recruiting agency.
Connecting with patients during initial discovery visits was converted into interview skills and hiring manager intake calls. Understanding pain points physically, translated into understanding pain points in business or on a team. Many of the intangible skills in the medical field shaped BRG’s focus on high-quality recruiting.

We interview every candidate before presenting them to your team. Each candidate is provided with clear expectations and is required to submit a salary expectation for the role that they are being interviewed for. By the time you speak with them, every detail has been ironed out.

Our founder began his career with a focus in the medical field, and received his Doctoral Degree in Physiotherapy, specializing in pediatrics and orthopedics. Following the completion of his degree, he shifted into business development and recruiting.

His love of personal interaction and his skills of connecting with others during his time as a clinician translated well into connecting with potential clients and when recruiting new applicants, so when the opportunity came to begin a Recruiting Firm he took it and is now focused on serving BRG’s clients with the highest level of excellence and integrity. 

His passion is centered around quality, accountability and honesty for both hiring partners and job seekers.
